Selvana is a marketing and curation service. We're not a registered property practitioner, and we don't hold your mandate, negotiate offers, or handle transfer funds.
What we do is make sure the right people see your home, presented the way it deserves: real photography, real writing, a real feature on this site and across our channels.
While we're building our portfolio, that marketing work is free. No fee, no commission, no obligation. We don't publish a rate card; when we do start charging, it will be quoted per home. When you're ready to accept an offer, that part is handled by a registered property practitioner, not by us.

What it costs
Right now we're taking on a small number of first homes at no charge, because we're building a portfolio and we'd rather earn the work than sell it.
We don't publish a rate card. Every home is different, and when we do start charging, the work will be quoted per property after we've seen it, agreed in writing before anything begins.
