Selvana
I'm building the real estate site I wished existed — one that treats a home like a story worth telling properly, not a thumbnail to move fast.
I started Selvana because I kept seeing incredible homes get flattened into the same six photos and the same lifeless paragraph.
This isn't a big agency, and I'm not pretending it is. Right now it's me and my partner Zelmarie, sourcing homes we actually believe in, and marketing them properly — while I work toward registering formally so the legal side of every sale is handled correctly.
What won't change as this grows: fewer listings, more attention on each one, and total honesty about what stage we're at.
