Selvana is a curation and marketing platform for Cape Town's R10M+ market, with Sandton as a secondary focus. We find homes worth featuring, tell their actual story, and connect serious buyers to them — the light at 6pm, the neighbor's dog, the reason the last owner never wanted to leave.
We handle presentation only. When it's time to make it official, the mandate, negotiation, and transfer are handled by a registered property practitioner — properly, and above board.
