We focus on Cape Town's R10M+ market, with Sandton as a secondary focus — houses, apartments, estates, land. Most portals list anything with a mandate; we don't work that way. Every home on this page has been walked through in person before it's featured.
We're looking for homes with a point of view: a piece of architecture, a view, a story, something that makes it more than square meterage and a price.
That means fewer listings than a typical agency, and a slower page to update. We think that's the right trade.
