While we're building our portfolio, that marketing work is free — no fee, no commission, no obligation. When you're ready to accept an offer, that part is handled by a registered property practitioner, not by us.

Professional property photography alone typically runs a few thousand rand. A traditional agency commission on a R10M+ home often exceeds R400,000. Right now we're doing the full presentation for nothing — because we're building a portfolio, and we'd rather earn the work than sell it.
